Generally, the rough-in of the rear drainage toilet is 100mm or 180mm.

Can I use cements when installing products such as ceramics or bathtubs?

No, you can’t use the cements or any materials which have large expansion coefficients. The expansion coefficient of the cements is inconsistent with that of the products, and the expansion (due to high temperature) or contraction (due to low temperature) of the cements will cause the ceramics to crack, so you shall use silica gels instead.

For a EAGO wall-mounted toilet, what are the requirements for the bearing capacity of the wall?

Commonsense Questions

How are toilets classified?
By style
The two-piece toilet: It is a toilet in which the flush tank is separated from the toilet body, and its middle part is fixed by bolts and seal rings
The one-piece toilet: It is a toilet in which the flush tank incorporates with the toilet body.
The wall-mounted toilet: It has no flush tanks at first and can be used only after a concealed flush tank or a flush valve is otherwise provided.

By drainage mode
The rear drainage toiler: Its drainage outlet is behind the toilet.

Does the EAGO toilet splash water when working?

No, it does not splash water in most cases.
However, the water may be occasionally splashed when the excretion falls from a particular height at a specific speed in the event of abnormal posture.
The undersized water seal will affect the flushing effects of the siphonic toilet.

Does it matter if the water seal surface does not recover to the specified height?
It will affect the flushing effects since the siphonic toilet needs a certain height of the water seal to get clean flushing.

In order to reduce the flush volume, can I put a bottle into the flush tank?
No, you can’t. The flush volume is designed according to the practical conditions of the toilet; if you reduce the flush volume at your discretion and without any detection, the effect of the flush will be adversely affected, i.e. the toilet will not be cleaned by one flush and more water will be wasted. Alternatively, you may directly select the EcoMax toilet at the time of purchase.

Why is the water coverage in the toilet seat insufficient and the flush effect poor after the new toilet is installed?
Maybe the spouting pipe of the inlet valve in the flush tank has not been inserted into the overflow yet.

Is it required to apply any detergents during the regular use of the toilet?

Generally, detergents are dispensable for the EAGO Easy cleaning glazing product. Do not apply the detergents into the flush tank.
Because the chloric detergent will bring harm to accelerate ageing of the accessories of the tank, thus causing blocking and bad flushing.

Can I directly pour the boiling water into the ceramic lavatory?
No, you can’t. In the case of the low temperature, the directly poured boiling water may cause the ceramic lavatory to crack.
